Update on Patchan's Knee situation -- NOT GOOD

From the blogs, somebody posted the below:

"My friend was talking to Mrs.Pridemore. When TJ called her, he could not believe how bad Matt's knee looked. He said it was one of the worst knee injuries he had ever seen. TJ said he tore PCL,ACL,MCL,LCL but the good news is the peroneal nerve(I think he said) was not damage at all which would have been career ending. They're NOT expecting him back next year. That's how long it's going to take to heal after surgery.
Hope the kid stays positive and comes back strong for the 2011 season.
